I am writing in regard to Zhilla’s Daycare Center located at 15303 Chinaberry Street in North Potomac, Maryland. Our son, Parker, who is currently 3 and 1/2 years old, has been attending her daycare since a very young 2 months of age. l was attracted to her daycare because Zhilla appeared to be a caring and capable provider, and l was correct indeed.
Thus, I felt assured that my son would be in good care while my husband and l were working. Zhilla and her daycare provides excellent care. She and her two teachers are caring, warm and work very hard. She provides a semi-structured care, considering the age ranges of the children, while balancing home and instructional atmospheres. Moreover, she promotes learning, play, and proper behaviors. This has been the perfect environment for our rather apprehensive son, as Zhilla has provided him with the attention he needs to feel secure.
In addition, she provides‘a well balanced breakfast, snacks and lunch. And her daycare is always clean.If she has the opportunity to branch into managing a larger daycare center, I have no doubt that she is the perfect person for the endeavor, as she is an exceptional provider, as well as being loving and dedicated.
Our second son is now with his big brother at Zhilla’s Daycare Center and we are so pleased. We feel privileged to have come across Zhilla and her daycare.

Our daughter, Shea, has been going to Zhilla’s Daycare Center since she was 3 months old. She is now 2 1/2 years old. As a working mother and parent to three daughters, the oldest now 15, l have a long experience with daycare. I can honestly say in all my experience, the others pale in comparison. Zhilla provides a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for preschool children of all ages- She embraces each child’s individuality and never uses a harsh word ‘or behavior to discipline. Each day our daughter is greeted and sent home with a huge smile and a hug. Zhilla treats each child as if they were her own.
She also ensures that the staff she hires to assist her are as loving and patient as she is. Shea looks forward to going to Zhilla’s because she knows she is loved and cared for just like at home. That provides wonderful peace of mind for her parents. Zhilla also provides an environment which promotes both intellectual and emotional growth. Her daycare is well equipped with age appropriate toys, playground equipment, and arts and crafts and the children frequently engage in projects which promote learning and development of fine motor skills. The children are taught to treat each other with respect and kindness. She also provides healthy snacks throughout the clay and ensures that each child is just as clean and well groomed when they go home as when they were dropped off. As another parent once mentioned, perhaps the most telling tribute is each and every day when we drop Shea off, she is excited to be there, and has never once shed a tear when Mommy or Daddy leave to go off to work. To us this is a resounding indication that she feels safe, secure and well cared for. Therefore we are happy to recommend Zhilla to other families and feel we are blessed to have discovered such a gem for our daughter Shea.

This is a letter of recommendation for Mrs. Zhilla Kazerooni of Zhilla’s Daycare Center located at 15303 Chinaberry Street in North Potomac, Maryland. This letter is confirmation to ensure other parents and schools to let them know Zhilla’s Daycare Center is a wonderful place for children.
To Whom It May Concern:
As a parent, one can understand it is very difficult to place their first child in the hands of another person. Ideally my husband would have loved for me to stay at home with our child, but it was unfortunate I had a job that I loved and didn’t want to give up. Having visited multiple daycare facilities, we knew Zhilla’s Daycare Center was the place for our child after speaking with Zhilla about how her daycare was operated and watching the interaction among everyone.
Zhilla’s Daycare Center provided all of the necessary need. My child came home often with ”artwork” that allowed them to have letter and number recognition as well as having hands on experiences of teaching how to cut, paste, and color. They played outside everyday or had music playing so they all danced inside for daily exercise. On top of educational aspects, Zhilla was the most nurturing person I had ever met. She is kind, giving, and very patient with all of the kids. As a health conscientious person, I was very confident that my child was well fed. Zhilla fed the children with a variety of nutritious foods, and altered the diet when we needed her to. My child had a severe case of asthma, and Zhilla made sure she had her medication and treatments.
Zhilla is a compassionate, generous, and dedicated daycare provider with so much energy, that I wasn’t sure how she kept up with all of the children. She always gave hugs and kisses to all of the children and never raised a voice to any of the children ever. I always enjoyed dropping and picking up my child because she was so cheerful.
Overall, I highly recommend Zhilla’s Daycare Center. She is a beautiful person who operates a great daycare.

To whom it may concern:
As working parents, it is hard to find a place where you can provide a comfortable and secure environment for the children; however, we have found that place with Mrs. Zhilla Kazerooni. I am writing this letter to let other parents and schools know that this is the best daycare in the Montgomery County, Maryland.
Our daughters, Chloe (3 years old) and Renee (6 years old) Jun have been under the care of Zhilla since June of 2004. Renee had been with Zhilla when she was lyear old and stayed until she turned to 3 years old (2006).
During that time, I watched her thrive from the love, attention and education provided by Zhilla. Each child at Zhilla’s Daycare Center was treated like family and the children knew it. They all appeared to feel very secure and my daughter always looked forward to going there each morning.
That’s why I took my second child (Chloe) to Zhilla’s when Chloe was only 2 month old and I had to go back to work.They have learned everything from their ABC’s, numbers, letter and number recognition, opposite and same game, shapes, music, and dance. They also learn life enhancement skills like sharing, patience, understanding and love.They eat nutritional meals and snacks all day long and play in the large playground outside as well as the playroom inside.The love and patience that Zhilla put into our children makes us realize how lucky we are to have found a place we can call our home away from home.

This is a letter of recommendation for Zhilla’s Daycare Center services.
We are extremely happy with the childcare that our son has received while in Zhilla‘s care. Zhilla has been our son’s childcare provider for three and a half years. Since day one, Zhilla has provided a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Our son truly enjoys his time at Zhilla‘s and we trust Zhilla with the care of our son. She treats the children like her own, showering them with affection, installing good eating habits, manners, and respect for others.
Zhilla currently has two assistants who are a great addition and provide wonderful care. Zhilla is very conscientious about her staff; hiring qualified and certified childcare providers that provide constant attention and high quality childcare to the children.
Zhilla was very responsive to our needs/requests to keep a journal for our infant son his first year in her care. Zhilla was very diligent in completing a journal documenting naps, eating habits, and diaper changes. She also documented major milestones. Zhilla took great pride is sharing these activities with us. Zhilla showed a great deal of affection and provided a wonderful, clean, and safe learning environment for our son. We were always pleased with what we saw when we picked-up our son, at scheduled times as well as at unannounced times.
Zhilla has provided several fun activities for our son as a toddler. Zhilla provides a structured learning environment with lesson plans and “homework” . This has given our son an opportunity to learn the alphabet, numbers, colors, seasons, manners, songs, and so much. We keep all his projects as our son loves to tell us what he made in “school” with Zhilla and her assistants. Additionally, Zhilla ensures the toddlers receive plenty of physical activity through “free playtime” as well as bringing in an outside consultant for structured activity. This has helped our son with his listening skills, not to mention his physical coordination.
We are very fortunate to have found a childcare provider such as Zhilla. We couldn’t have done it
without Zhilla! We are grateful for Zhilla and her assistants. Luka is very fond of Zhilla and speaks of her often.
We have recommended Zhilla‘s childcare to our friends and they too have been very pleased. We hope to have more children and when we do, we will definitely bring them to Zhilla‘s childcare.
